1) Collection from our store , at 50 Maizonos street , 26221 Patra , Greece.

2) Shipping via ACS courier service , except bulky and heavy packages , in which case a transport company will be used.

DELIVERY COSTS

For purchases up to euro 100 , delivery is euro 5. No delivery cost for purchases over euro 100.

*Additional charges may apply for remote destinations. Before proceeding to shipment , customers will be notified by store of final delivery costs.

For bulky or heavy shipments , the above delivery cost does not apply. Customers will be particularly notified of exact shipping cost before item is dispatched. Please note that slight delays may be experienced due to the nature of shipment.

COD incurs an additional charge of euro 2.

To finalize provision of service , customers consent to the disposal of personal details regarding the completion of their order.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Shipment will be directly after confirmation of order and/or final delivery costs in the case of bulky and/or heavy objects. Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days from confirmation

(*) Due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed availability of product , special processing of order , strikes , transport company delays , public holidays etc. , shipping may take longer.

Orders may be returned in whole or in part within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To start the return process , the store must first be notified via email or telephone.
All products are examined as to quality and quantity before each shipment. Customers are required carry out an inspection of quality and quantity themselves and notify the store via email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt in case of a problem.

Customers reserve the right to return damaged or defective goods or goods which have any kind of problem due to a demonstrable error on our part as to the order itself , invoicing or shipment. In the case of incorrect product or design choice the customers will be charged with return and next shipment costs.

Color differences between the photo and the actual product do not constitute a defect as they may be due to the lighting during the photo session or the color resolution of the customer's screen.

Returns of products which were the subject of a special order will not be accepted except in the case of a proven quality problem. Shipment and return costs will be covered by the customer in the case of withdrawal from the order. Products returned must be in the exact condition in which they were received , complete , without any wear or tear and in their original packaging together with all documents accompanying the product ( tag , handbook , retail sales receipt etc.). All returns are subject to approval from the company/store. In all other cases , customers are exempted from their right to return or exchange the product received , even when the return is due to a fault of the store/company. Customers are held responsible for wear and tear to the product or packaging during return. The store/company is exempted from all responsibility and customers from their right to return or exchange the product.

Returns are possible only via the same courier/transport company used for the initial shipment. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE STORE/COMPANY.

The company/store do their best to replace defective merchandise or wrong product code items. To ensure the best possible service, we require the store/company he informed within two working days from the day of receipt , via email or telephone , of the customer's intention to exchange the product received. Where replacement with the same or desired product is unavailable , customers will be contacted with readily available alternatives.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
